Red Stripe presents This Feeling TV
starring three rising names in a *Brighton-Swansea-Brighton* bands rock n roll sandwich of goodness.
"TFTV" is the popular on line music show's first recording in Brighton. Free tickets were hotter than, well, July, and were snapped up instantly. On screen soon, it promises to be a MOMENT. There are always some faces from the guitar blessed new rock scenes in these zones.
So far filmed in London venues, This Feeling TV is taking its multi media cult of zone to Brighton.
A heady, ready rocking ready community of fans, bands, production team (with opportunies), reporters and down the front party people - as well as a few hand picked celebrities - will land at iconic music venue, Hope & Ruin.
1-12 Queens Road, Brighton BN1 3WA
Red Stripe and a established essential live music club, This Feeling, feature a mix of headliners and up and comers with every show.
The intimate and informal gig will be offering locals the best in new, emerging talent.
Local, fast rising quartet, Black Honey are set to release their eponymous debut LP and are fresh from an impressive string of shows, key festival appearances and mainstream radio plays for their forthcoming single 'Midnight'. The promo video, as is their pedigree, is another cinematic masterpiece for an expansive TUNE.
Front woman, Izzy, an inspiration who speaks her mind, speaks our language. She told the Evening Standard Newspaper, earlier this year; "We’re just old school rock and rollers. We just have that DNA,” Izzy says. “I can’t think of anything worse than being a pop star. I can’t think of anything f****** worse. There’s nothing sincere about pop music nowadays. I want to be a rock and roll star.”
Black Honey will be following in the footsteps of chart stars Tom Grennan and Slaves in headlining the TV show which has also featured household names being interviewed (and up to mischief!).
As if that wasn't juicy enough, this is no ordinary Friday night as it's also an intimate taster of 2018's forthcoming This Feeling / Metropolis Music #Alive road show with both tour headliners Trampolene and Brighton's own Lacuna Bloome joining The Surrenders, who appeared on the previous episode of This Feeling TV!

Singer and poet, Jack Jones, says:
“ we can’t wait to get back out on the road and are looking forward to welcoming all the bands, along with new and old fans, into the Trampolene family.
This Feeling and Metropolis Music have been extremely supportive to us, when no one else was and its great for us to be given the opportunity to do what seems like an ‘old skool’ tour and help out a wave of new bands.”
Mike Jonns of This Feeling adds “Last year's Alive tour was amazing and I am buzzing we are back with more and hope the tour continues to do do what the NME Brats tours used to do for new bands…provide a fast-track platform for them to go upwards and onwards.” Seeing as previous TFTV and #Alive tour stars, Bang Bang Romeo, are an MTV pick and were recently seen on the News At Ten, these landmark gigs are doing just that.
With a new album, ‘Pick A Pocket or Two’, dropping the day the show is recorded, Trampolene have a lot to celebrate. Having supported a whos who that includes Liam Gallagher, The Libertines, Kasabian, Buzzcocks and many more on their extensive touring schedule, this is a gateway performance to their next stage(s).
The previously mentioned and feverishly rated, Lacuna Bloome will be serving up massive multi-layered guitars and anthemic choruses.
Part of the legendary Kick Out The Jams bill that packed their #TGE18 stage earlier this year, these #futurepicks are a stick of Brighton rock that's on a roll.
A swirling whirl of festival announcements and accolades are exciting their blossoming tale which has a tint of Beatlesey-Roses blooming in their psychepop sound. New single, 'I Am' (video below) being a Radio X Track Of The Week, for instance.
If you didn't grab a ticket for the live recording, watch out. Literally; Another variety show of guitary goodness, Red Stripe presents This Feeling TV coming to a screen near you, soon.
