The London launch at Camden Monarch was a perfect taster for the weekend. Fast rising stars, gin specials and an extra shot of much needed love and fun with creative mover shakers. We spotted various Sisteray, Some Might Say, Benumu, Couples and more friends in the mix, as well as a healthy dose of Zeenagers down the front. Twist and shout video; 'Everyone Is Dead' by The Velvet Hands includes a cameo from Alan Wells whose photography with Vida, Red Rum Club (who exploded on and off the stage), The Cosmics and Yves from the night can be seen by clicking his photo album of the event.

Is it really a year since TheZineUK's adventures at the Isle Of Wight Festival? The renaissance of guitar bands was in full effect on This Feeling's stage. There was uch total escapism that we called it "The REAL Love Island". If you're going, you're in for a TREAT. You can see SONS, The Surrenders AND Sisteray on a super Saturday night sizzler, and there is definitely something timeless, classic and global about born pop star, Nadia Sheikh. Video; 'Going Down'.

Birmingham's wickedly sharp garage rockers, The Cosmics, have been invited back to the festival, they're a trio of impression makers. In under two punky minutes, their latest single 'Inishfree' (Inis Fraoigh) introduces their in your face feisty energy. They went from This Feeling's Stage to Glastonbury Festival in 2017. They just get hotter and cooler at the same time.

Fast forward to 2018 and the UK's best club for future Rock N Roll stars, returns for the fourth SUCCESS-ive year, this time in tandem with key music lovers, Pirate Studios and Pretty Green, both threads in our story, as are many on this who's who of woohoo of a line up.Below, Himalayas return to Isle Of Wight via a trip to SXSW, a UK tour with Trampolene, and much more.

Raising the bar from the get go, Thursday headliners, Avalanche Party are mutating into one of Britain's Muse-potential rock prospects, with a made for festival expansive sound and their crowd as band members live show. It's all gonna go off. Check this live rendition of 'Porcelain' from BBC Introducing.

The Zone's travelling circus lands with a galaxy of rising stars and growing counter cultures including Calva Louise, The RPMS, Lucie Barât, The Assist, Sophie & The Giants, Proletariat.. oh just a total pop of the TOPS! The support for promising artists from This Feeling, Pirate Studios and Pretty Green for what's going on is noticeably making all the difference.

The Velvet Hands thezineuk

Choosing LOVE, The Velvet Hands perform their widely acclaimed, Radio 1 album of the week, 'Party's Over'. "Every single they've put out so far is an instant hit, as far as I'm concerned" says Radio X music guru, John Kennedy. We agree. This band invite you to have FUN dancing to their Hamburg-era punked up Beatles sound. They've come a long way since our East End Music Social...

Celebrate that a tidal wave of future heritage bands come via This Feeling's stage. "Zone Rangers" alumni include; Blossoms, Catfish and The Bottlemen, Tom Grennan, The Struts, Black Honey, Cabbage, Gerry Cinnamon (playing the Isle Of Wight Festival main stage), Anteros, Slow Readers Club, Trampolene and Bang Bang Romeo (who, like Judas, also hit the main stage this year). All have won early support from This Feeling.
Isle Of Wight music festival revellers, if you love to rock and roll, catch the best new next big thing bands first at This Feeling's tent. It becomes a focus point over the weekend. Not just for some of the weekend's most showy shows of electric energy, but for the one love vibes. The live bands are followed by DJs blasting Oasis, Stone Roses, Kasabian, Wolf Alice and more after party, sing and dance along anthems until late. It's all happening. Here:
