Paves release 'Baby' (This Feeling Records) and tour the UK

Paves release the global sounding single, 'Baby' on 17th November (This Feeling Records)

"It stood out at every festival we performed at, as the track punters got into the most.

It's got that summer vibe, so we only felt it natural to release it with This Feeling, who have supported big time from day one." (Paves)

Limited pre-order signed 7"s of 'Baby' sold out in advance. The launch is on Thursday 16th November. Paves and This Feeling are teaming up with the revolutionaries at Pirate Studios (more firm favourites of TheZineUK) to live stream their Camden Monarch headline via facebook.com/PirateStudiosUK

Luke Shield (Lead Vocals and Guitar), Mike 'Tikz' Whitaker (Lead Guitar), Perry Read (Bass/Backing Vocals) and Tom Triggs (Drums) are (literally) the London faces of Britain’s new rock and roll movement. When they’re not out - nearly every night - in support of their musical peers, they're their Stonesesque swagger, and “wah-wah flavoured guitar matched to some scorching vocals" (Clash), live on stage.

All the above come highly recommended.

Recently, Britain is spawning the seeds of world potential talent despite tedious "guitars are dead" mockery, and even austerity.

Essential small venues are shutting. Musicians and audiences are financially struggling. Promoters are gambling to support new acts. It shouldn't work, yet Paves, This Feeling and a plethora of romantic souls are energising the most exciting underground beat happenings in decades.

Talent is in high density, on and off the stages.

For instance, poetic multi talent, Elise Wouters, created the video for 'Baby' - the streets of London are Paves with gold.

Leaving the "Guitars Are Dead" believers to their flat-earthed, flacid, sheeran-inflicted lives, nobody is waiting around for their approval. We're too busy feeling the noize, laughing and hugging. 'Baby’ is a timeless, upbeat, instant classic that wouldn’t be out of place in a feel good movie.

This Feeling 10th anniversary show, October 2016

Feeling good is music's gift of escapism.

The rhythm n blues guitar genres encompass passion.

Sex noise and DIY chic soundtracked by delicious aural filth is still creating social collusion in gentrification's dystopia.

People love to rave, but they also love to rock.

See the faces of attendees at the Paves gigs, and check out the feedback. There's a lot of love and respect in the ether.

'Baby' launches a new label. This Feeling Records is the instinctive next step for one the UK’s most influential names in guitar music promotion. Mikey Jonns and the extensive TF network played a part in the rise of Catfish and The Bottlemen, Blossoms, Cabbage, The Sherlocks and more.

In addition to it's major festival stages of the last few years, This Feeling TV, was born this year (Slaves, Amazons, The Shimmer Band, Bang Bang Romeo, Black Honey etc) and is mushrooming as much as the scene is. Britrock's newer wave is stealthily kicking down doors and building up steam. The potential is tremendous and Paves are an engaging, marketable prospect, with credible composition and performance as a firm foundation.

The band spent Summer gracing key stages, then Autumn touring with Starsailor. In October they appeared on the history making #alive tour, where a packed Electric Ballroom roared their approval in response.

Next stop, 'Baby' launches This Feeling Records, and Camden Town kicks off the tour on 16th November. Oh 'Baby', Paves are really flying. facebook.com/PavesBand | twitter.com/PavesBand
