11th-13th October launches its very first edition, in various venues across a global capital of music.

TheZineUK : "What was the catalyst for creating the London Music Conference?"
Kathi : "The UK is one of the largest and most important markets for music in the world, being the birthplace for numerous great artists and labels in electronic music.
Most labels and music companies have an office in London and it is a must-stop destination for any international artist. Yet, there is no industry event in the heart of London that combines the aspects of conference, networking, showcase events and the great venue landscape that the Capital has to offer.
This inspired us to bring to life an event that helps international artists and music professionals to get a foothold in the UK, while at the same time providing new business opportunities for local venues and businesses."
"What is the goal of London Music Conference?"
"The goal of London Music Conference is to create a platform for knowledge transfer, best practices sharing, collaboration and empowerment. Ultimately, we aim to build a community around the recurring, annual London Music Conference that allows members of the music and entertainment industry to network and collaborate also after the event has finished."
What can delegates expect from attending?
"Together with over 125 content and event partners we put together a comprehensive, three day programme with really interesting panel topics and fantastic line-ups in the evening. LMC aims to be truly practical, and offer participants direct and tangible opportunities to improve what they do.
Our panel events are intended to allow people to walk away with a clear understanding of how to expand their business or improve their music. The content and events of London Music Conference aim to be as relevant as possible, to make sure delegates get the most out of it and can implement their newly learnt skills straight away in their daily (work) life."
What is the plan for 2019, and how do you ensure London Music Conference isn't 'just another' conference?
"Next year we will definitely increase the size of the event. This year most of our venues are located in East London, but we aim to expand over the entire city of London. Together with senior members and key opinion leaders of the industry we create a long-lasting concept for London Music Conference, that empowers all people involved to educate, explore and engage."
