Like small venues, the newer wave of music industry and media are essential to our future cultural and economic heritage.
This Feeling, is an acknowledged tastemaker with a stellar reputation for finding the best new (big) bands.
Catfish & The Bottlemen, Blossoms (who have both had No.1 LPs), The Struts (blowing up BIG TIME in the USA), BBC's "Sound Of 2017" choice; Cabbage, plus in-ascendancy names like The Shimmer Band and Bang Bang Romeo - have all either played This Feeling first, or were given an early leg up by Mikey and the gang. "What This Feeling is doing at the moment is vital." Noel Gallagher
As GigWise, one of the music sites in the know about the rising rock scene, point out; "If This Feeling didn't exist: (a) new bands wouldn't be as quick to be recognised (A&R, agents, media and labels track who's playing the night) and (b) small bands' fan bases wouldn't be as quick to develop".
