So said the headliners of the recent Benumu live event at Camden Assembly which was packed to heaving from the first band (heavy rockers Climb The Attic) via the instant magnetism of newer wave sparklers, Couples. Find, hear and see all three bands via open media socialising site, Benumu, a music project that is rapidly heading mainstream without losing integrity.
Benumu involves a melting pot of the musical genres, but Pink Cigar, the epitome of "Legendary London Rock n Roll band". Their new video, 'Get Up', is not just a video, it's a night in the life...
Always entertaining. It's why they also headlined our first Music People Party in December. Benumu joined the ensuing madness, so their socially inclusive February 10th event felt like the party was still going. Also, Simon Williams, founder, recommended that the band Couples (pictured below on the night) would be right up our street. Monefa and Caffy repped, and were very much impressed. Expect to hear more about these FuturePicks.
