White Room - Shoot

The Brighton quintet, White Room have released their first single since their outstanding double EP, Eight.

New track, Shoot, beautifully embodies their psychedelic pop sound they established in Eight, while also introducing new elements as their style progresses.

Shoot is led with a heavy, incredibly infectious bass line that makes it somewhat more powerful than White Rooms' previously released songs. The blunt ‘Shoot’ in the chorus gives it a strong edge, contrasting with Josie’s dream-like backing vocals.

They're currently joining The Blinders on the second leg of their 22 date UK tour. (And what a brilliant choice on The Blinders' behalf choosing White Room to accompany them - their punkadelic styles complement each other perfectly.)

White Room are a special band; they’re taking retro psychedelic sounds and giving it a modern twist, creating a 70’s funky punky pop dream. I for one, am incredibly excited to see what's in store for them.

Don't just take our word for it, listen to White Room here.
