Vive Le Rock Presents... The First Annual Awards!
Since it's launch in 2010, Vive Le Rock magazine has been a bible for some of us here at The Zine UK. Being a magazine that echoes the DIY Punk Zine ethos of the 70's punk movement, it's somewhat hard to resist flicking through it's holy pages and reading about our favourite bands.
So when we found out that there was to be an annual awards show on March 28th, we couldn't control our excitement. Held across the two O2 Academy rooms in Islington, London, there promises to be a 'wild night of surprises' hosted by Zine fave Ginger Wildheart, and with a performance by TV Smith (who had my heart dance when I heard the Adverts sing '...Your living in other people's lives...')
