Story telling 2/2. Some personal (Caffy) #Britz16 tips would be @DecoloniseFest and friends. I went to the inaugural planning meeting a few days after Brexit/Fuxit. Bumped into Claudia (on Chapter 6 cover - from our 2015 Expo - with Amy of Nova Twins, in reaction to Reading/Leeds Festivals not being able to find enough bands with female members that year - image by #Britz16 talent photographer Polly Harvey) and met Nadia and Bev of The Tuts. Fell in love, went to their gig a week later and fell in love more. Organiser, Steph of Big Joanie, and friends making amazingness happen. Loadsa new musical activists in the story. Inspired. Fast forward to November 4th 2016 where their fund raiser made well over £500 towards the festival, I got to see Sabatta and Big Joanie play wicked sets to a packed room of humanity's spectrum of punks and rockers, before nearly keeling over unwell. Pint of Cider medicine got me home, I reckon. This is just one of so many examples of how the situationist chaos magic(k) of uniqulture WORKS. Bring on your supernature. Have no fear, let's take next year!
