You won't forget: World's Forgotten Sons

Gerard (Vox, Frontman)

Marco (Guitar)

Daniele (Guitar)

Sonny (Bass Guitar)

Henning (Drums) In a Post-Brexit world, WFS have arrived with the ultimate Euro band. Hailing from Italy, Germany, Liverpool and Dagenham respectively. One of the best perks of my job means I have heard the WFS forthcoming self-titled album (Produced by Grammy Award winning Liam Watson of White Stripes fame no less) and can tell you, you're in for a treat. It's dripping wet from bluesy guitars and Scouser Gerard's raw, throat aching vocals, it summons the spirits of Iggy and the Stooges and even our own Mourning Birds and yet still provides a musical exorcism that's fresh and exciting all of it's own.

The entire album is filled with brilliant songwriting and powerful vocals that it won't fail to top your most played lists. It's a return to good unapologetic dirty rock and roll - and it's glorious.

It's hard to pick out a stand-out track, but "1987" is a pure self-indulgence filled anthem, which will have you reaching for your skin tight leather and fishnets. (Boys, you too.)

You can keep up to date with them and find out when they're next playing live (highly recommended to see) here.
