Manic Street Preachers and The Anchoress, make Eden a music Paradise
TheZineUK was founded with Manic Street Preachers fan-dom (Dizzy n Caffy) very much in our art, word, theatre, politics and live music socials. Also every chapter of our Picture Book Story of uniqulture. So, a huge thank you to Lorna Cort who took the images of The Manics for us at On Blackheath in Chapter 007 last Autumn, and has kindly given us use of pictures from The Eden Sessions of The Manics, Bill Ryder Jones and The Anchoress (who joined Manic Street Preachers on stage during their set for the Generation Terrorists era duet, 'Little Baby Nothing') in a Wales x Cornwall = cosmic moment.
The Anchoress also features in our recent Paul Draper article and, magically, Lorna - as one of The Dead End Dolls - appears in the original 'Little Baby Nothing' video with Traci Lords vocals on the recording (alongside the originators of "Girl Power", Shampoo) directed by another inspiration, Steven Wells. You can not make our stories up as they weave this tapestry. 4REAL. LOVE you Manics. #TogetherStronger
