Duncan Stafford Music Photography Show, London

Duncan Stafford : First London Music Photography Exhibition.

Thursday February 11th and Friday February 12th viewings at the Take Courage Gallery, then until March in the main bar of Amersham Arms.

During the first months of TheZineUK uniqulture road show, our family extended to Sheffield when we met writer, Sam Briggs and photographer Duncan Stafford on a wonderful sunny funny afternoon in Camden and we can't thank them (and now Tarquin Clark) enough for helping us grow. Not long after that meeting, Duncan's Fat White Family image from Leeds Festival 2014 jumped out so much that it became the front cover of Chapter 2 in the picture book story (that has now become a case study in grass roots music movement)

In the way that our situationist tapestry weaves, by 2015 Duncan has photographed Fat Whites, Sleaford Mods and many more while the newer wave of rebel rock rises in the UK, and his reputation, as part of that. The back page of of our last picture book, Chapter 007, ended in October 2015 with the poster for 'Invisible Britain'

In our 70 second uniqulture video, that's Duncan spotting and capturing Japanese superstar, Shintaro Mizuno on his phone's camera, we ran the snap shots in Chapter 3. Instinctive and enthusiastic, Duncan LOVES every kind of photography, from landscapes to druids (!), but being a massive music fan it's exciting and well deserved that his work is about to be seen publicly in a key London venue. Already exhibited in Sheffield, Paris and New York, this is Duncan's first London show.

Take Courage Gallery, Upstairs at Amersham Arms,
