ASICS Tiger x 24 Kilates "Virgin Extra"
Ascis have collaborated with Barcelona's esteemed sneaker retailer, 24 Kilates, as a celebration of their 10th anniversary.
Drawing from the colours and aesthetics of olive oil/olives, which is their nod to one of Spain's premier exports. The name of the shoe also happens to be Virgin Extra!
Using colorways of green, tan and purple, they wanted to capturel the colouration of raw Arbequina olives, the primary type used for the production of olive oil in Spain. The custom insole also features an olive branch and 10th anniversary text, to finish off the look.
Another cool bit of accessory detailing is the metalic olive leaf hang tag as well as offering a premium bottle of extra virgin olive oil in a burlap sack, with every purchase.
The "Virgin Extra" Gel-Respector is in stores and can be bought from Footpatrol, End, Hanon and WellGosh. They are available in sizes UK 5-12.
