The Winachi Tribe - Single Launch Party, Central London 18th July and EP release Monday 20th July. #TheZineUK readers special, win guest list!

'Time For Love' is a three track EP of electro-soul with a funky R&B swagger.

The tracks were recorded and mixed in the UK and LA, and mastered at Abbey Road Studios. It is available (on A1(M) Records from 20th July via global, quality digital stores.

Earlier this year, TheZineUK caught The Winachi Tribe's live debut at the Playhard event, noting “They are an inventive medley of musicians channelling soul through a George Clinton partying with Happy Mondays driven sound.” Having collaborated and gigged with the likes of Ian Brown and Danny Saber, the band have sparkled their way to bigger profile.

This gang of diversity are united in sound. They totally bring it with a tune that could grace the biggest stages. At a time when “posh pop” is a "thing", its exciting to feel escapism from austerity. 'Time For Love' is very large slice of modern Northern Soul with a great video by Adele Myers (which co-stars Keith Allen).

The band return to Central London for a Saturday night release party live on stage with Special Guest DJ Rev D. Wayne Love (Alabama 3). It's all happening at the stunning events and cabaret venue, The Electric Carousel on Picadilly (London W1J 9HN).
