'The Last Thing (I Need)' new Mourning Birds video.
The recent Kent earthquake was probably Mourning Birds rehearsing. Keeping the county's rock credentials rolling, their debut album will be released in the UK on 29th June.
Via a series of ups, downs and tangents they've developed towards releasing one of this year's most raw and exciting debuts: A collection of heartfelt bluesy garage anthems - with bite.
The video (by Stephen James/2Steaks Productions) for 'The Last Thing (I Need)' is a snapshot of a credible, and frankly awesome, band making 2015 sound good. http://facebook.com/mourningbirds

Massive thanks again to the band for playing our stage at The Great Escape Festival recently. The Zine team are still buzzing from that night...
Kent is having it large right now, Mourning Birds are one of the bands appearing at independent new-music festival, #REBELICIOUS 2015 (Dartford, July 4th and 5th) featuring recent BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend alumni Get Inuit and Youth Club plus over 25 other acts - including Victor & Bully, EditSelect and Native People - handpicked from the South East's hottest talent, and hosted by Abbie McCarthy of BBC Radio Kent.
